Client’s Brief
A heating and cooling system with fresh air for a complete HVAC solution.
Decommissioning of old plant and dispose of all old equipment and ductwork.
Type Of System Installed
Daikin VRV condensing unit + Ducted fan coils and Daikin VAM unit for Fresh air.
Rationale
This system was designed to enable the client to have 5 different zones. All zones could be controlled independently giving personalised choice and comfort to individuals.
A centralised controller was installed allowing the client to observe energy usage to meet their committed green credentials.
In order to maintain ceiling heights, the ductwork and fan coils were designed to be exposed giving it a modern yet industrial look.
This system was chosen due to its large capacity and its ability to connect to large number of indoor units.
